Glen Olcott

Glen joined the DBS team in 2021 as an Installer, grew into a Foreman on our Basement Repair team in Duluth, and is now part of our Service team. He enjoys continuing to build his career by using his knowledge of basement repair to deliver solutions that help homeowners create safer, healthier, and more comfortable homes.

Glen is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to quickly learn new skills. His friendly personality and pride in his work make him a great asset to both the team and our customers. He especially enjoys the camaraderie at DBS and the opportunity to learn from those around him.

Outside of work, Glen enjoys fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, and woodworking. If he won a million dollars, he’d pay off his parents’ debt and build his own home. And if he could have dinner with any fictional character, he’d choose Scooby-Doo—just to show off his impression!
