Shelly brings warmth and positivity to our team and truly embodies our friendly, laid-back, family-oriented culture. She appreciates working in an environment where people feel supported and connected, and she values the strong sense of teamwork that makes our company feel like family.

Outside of work, Shelly loves spending time doing the things that bring her joy—gardening, sewing, and anywhere on the water fishing with her husband. She’s proudly married to her high school sweetheart, and together they share a beautifully blended family of three sons and three daughters. Their greatest joy is their growing crew of nine grandchildren.

The best advice Shelly has ever received is, “Always put God first and everything else will fall into the right place,” a principle she carries with her in both her personal and professional life.

And one thing people might be surprised to learn? She proudly admits she’s a crazy plant lady! 🌿
