Ted Kaasch was very good. Listened to our concerns and made appropriate reccommendtions. We are thrilled with the dehumidifier/air purification system. I was worried aobut my husband who is post-transplant and Ted helped us see that this would clear a lot of the allergens and bacteria from the air which helps me sleep much easier at night, knowing our home is safe for my husband Joe.
