Great, all the way from the customer service experience to the service tech. It's been a long time since I have seen this level of support and communication on our project.
Call Representative
The representative was kind, polite and professional. She told me what to expect and when. At the end of the call, my comfort level was really high.
Sales Process
When Jarrod was her, he took the time after his inspection to let me know of additional service and products offered by Thrasher.

What type of work did you have done:

Inspection of sidewalk and driveway slab lifting.

What made you choose our company:

I saw Thrasher on a TV commercial and saw concrete repair being performed in the neighborhood. I researched the company and visited other Thrasher customers and I was sold.
