I hope the crew understands that when they are running those jackhammers the customers may seem very grumpy -- it is only because those jackhammers are very hard on our nerves! We know it must be done.

I had mentioned that he should probably remind me of the need to schedule, and I received those reminders with no aggressiveness.

Our Installation Crew

I did think that the outlet would be further from the house. I thought it would actually go to the ravine, but it drains close to the house. And there is a funny spot where the cement is not "closed", I suppose because of a wall. The crew ran into some odd problems but kept their positive attitudes.

The Cleanup Process

I actually expected more mess.
