Sales Process
Greg came to my house and was efficient ient with his diagnosis concerning problems with my basement. His walk through was informative in a way I could understand. By the time I was shown a presentation, the visual was remarkable. My decision to have Thrasher repair basement was an easy one. I am looking forward for installation. Greg was not just informative but polite, helpful and respectful. No.5 on ratings should be a 10 !!!

The Cleanup Process
Again with my previous smaller jobs was a good experience when the crew left things in tip top shape.
