First I want to recognize Preston Ingalls and his crew for their professionalism and persistence in getting what we thought we paid for fixed right. He is dedicated to not only preserving Thrashers brand, but he is absolutely providing us with the help and service we need.

I have a concern that after spending more than $40k in product ($15k + in encapsulation sold by Jake Smith, & $25k + in Smart Jacks sold by Cody Ewin) that I was encouraged to spend another $50k in additional supports under the house. What were the "Smart Jacks" supposed to do? Obviously we opted out of the $50k worth of additional supports that Steven Johnson suggested.
