Everything that was said during the initial visit was accomplished.
Call Representative
Representatives were always polite and made all questions were answered
Sales Process
Sales rep. was very thorough, and explained everything that will accomplished during the repairs.
Our Installation Crew
The installation crew arrived on time and immediately, started to prepare for the work at hand. The crew leader went over everything that they would do during the job to make sure that i understood everything that was going to be done. When they began working they kept going until finished and cleaned up all the debris before leaving. The main thing they were always polite during the visit.
The Cleanup Process
All debris was cleaned up.
