Our Overall Service
There were process and communications breakdowns between sale and job start, but my concerns were well resolved.
Call Representative
I received prompt attention, but my concerns kept being redirected to the area of the company where there are procedural breakdowns or deficiencies. That was frustrating, but once the permitting and engineering issues were addressed everything went very smoothly.
Sales Process
I do not feel that the sales staff is well enough trained. A lack of verifying that quoted solutions are the ideal solutions is needed. Process broke down with ensuring permits and site prep ahead of work.
Our Installation Crew
Joseph, the foreman, and crew did an incredibly good job.
The Cleanup Process
Our property was left in very nice order.

Foundation stabilization on wetlands

What made you choose our company:

Red tape in our county and finding contractors is very difficult. I wanted the project management aspect of Thrasher’s service delivery.
