We are 100% satisfied with the installation field team that worked on our home. However, we cannot issue you a top score for overall satisfaction with the company, due to other areas that need attention such as our experiences when we called the office and experience that we had with the contract details initially. We were not 100% clear of the scope of work until the outstanding installation crew showed up that first day and gave us a thorough and complete walk-through explaining everything that was going to happen and everything that we needed to do or move.

Some calls were never returned, while others took too long to get back with us. The final call representative that we spoke with who confirmed our opponent and also made sure that our request for Adam‘s crew would happen, was very professional and put our mind at ease.

A lot of confusion and corrections with the contract for the work. Not a lot of thorough detail given on what we would need to expect. That information came the day that the work started and the installation team arrived and explained everything. Only then did we understand the process. There needs to be an interim position created to fill the gap between tech/sales/contract and the installers doing the work the day that the installation begins. Homeowners need to have a walk-through prior to the work commencing. We need to be told about the full scope of the work by somebody who thoroughly understands it so that we can prepare properly.

Your highest score is a 5. We would give the installation crew a 10 if we could. We knew from the minute they arrived at our home what to expect, what their procedures were going to be, and what the final outcome would be. These men exemplify what it means to be professional, perform quality work and give top-notch customer care. We feel very blessed to have had Adam’s crew do the work on our foundation. And also the crew of Turner and James on the poly fill. There was not one day that passed in the three that they were here that the crew did not engage with us in a friendly and professional manner. They made sure to always keep the integrity of our landscape and home and other structures protected with each action that they took. They answered any and all questions that we had and put our minds at ease. It was obvious based on all of these points, that this team was strong and knew what they were doing. They need to be commended for this as most customers probably don’t take the time to pass the information on.

This exemplary crew was thoughtful in their care of our property from the beginning of the project until they drove off.
