Initially, we were facing severe issues: water was entering the basement at several gallons per minute, and foundation cracks had been widening for years. After reading several positive reviews, we hired Erickson to assess the damage. Using precise instrumentation, they determined the house was sinking, which explained the cracked foundation, damaged drywall, and loud structural settling noises. After considering several options, we chose to have Erickson support the house on piles. Their team dug a trench, removed a massive buried concrete block, and installed approximately 40 steel piles nearly 40 feet deep using hydraulic rams. They precisely leveled the house, sealed all cracks, and installed a perimeter drainage system to direct water away from the foundation. They also injected support material under the slab for additional stability. I waited two years to write this review to ensure the correction was permanent. I can now confirm that there are no more leaks or structural noises, and the drywall has stopped cracking. The engineering and execution were phenomenal, and every employee we interacted with was professional and polite. We were so impressed that we hired them again to insulate and seal our dining room addition crawlspace. During the inspection, their representative identified that the floor joists lacked a center support beam, which caused the room to feel unstable. They removed the old insulation, sealed the concrete with a liner, and installed a leveled steel center support beam. The floor is now completely stable. Erickson Foundation Solutions are true problem solvers for both major and minor structural issues. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend their services. -

Everything spoken about by the employee who first came to access my foundation and suggest a solution was done ., From the pictures below you can see their work and my basement isn’t the easiest to do work. A portion of my basement wall was bowing outwards. We believe the failure was due to removal of a portion of the stone foundation many years ago in order to install an oil tank. The tank went out the same way. I would recommend this company and use them again if needed. -
