  The result of Anthony's presentation. He carefully explained everything that needed to be done to assure my wife and I that we would not have to worry about our basement getting flooded again. The entire process was thoroughly gone over from the walkaround to the sit down and the video shown, and with genuine and honest responses to our overwhelming questions.

  This is the second time we have used Erickson for work at one of our houses. Like the first time, they were always very responsive, starting with the quote process. When it came time to do the work, they showed=up exactly when promised. All work was completed on-time and on budget. Our crew lead, Ed, was courteous, explained everything, and answered all my questions. We recommended Erickson to some friends of ours, and they were equally as pleased with their service.

  Overall process was good but had some information /request change after signing the contract that I was not made aware of before which could have significantly increased my cost. It ended up working out but was initially disappointed that concerns were not raised before signing and not identified when the sales member was at my house on 2 separate occasions to quote the work. The sales team was very nice to work with & responsive.
