The photo depicts homeowners equipped with a shop vacuum, squeegee, and brush, utilizing these tools to eliminate the accumulated water on their basement floor.
The foundation wall in the garage had cracks which were causing concern.
The homeowner had a radiant heating system installed beneath the home's foundation. To avoid any damage during the installation of the radon mitigation system, our crew employed advanced heat mapping techniques.
An extraction point was made in the basement. PVC pipe was then fit to this extraction point, and then constructed out of the home.
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to capture water before it could access the finished basement space. The system is set within crushed stone to ensure proper flow of water to the sump pump's basin.
The fieldstone foundation had a loose, crumbling stone, threatening the wall's stability. To prevent a complete collapse, we proposed a permanent solution: installing our auxiliary wall to stabilize the foundation and restore the home's structural integrity.
The old basement window was too small to operate as an emergency exit, and also didn't let in much natural sunlight.
The interior perimeter of the foundation was excavated to allow space for the WaterGuard system to be installed.
