  The result of Anthony's presentation. He carefully explained everything that needed to be done to assure my wife and I that we would not have to worry about our basement getting flooded again. The entire process was thoroughly gone over from the walkaround to the sit down and the video shown, and with genuine and honest responses to our overwhelming questions.

  April is outstanding. She is top gun! She knows how to evaluate a situation well and then take proper measures to solve any issues. She is incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous. And I must add, April is a very hard worker who is not afraid to get her hands dirty.

  A friend sent me Erickson's name. I went online to check you out. The best reviews . . . A wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone very helpful, pleasant, and professional. Matt Robichaud, Anthony and crew, April Higgins - all amazing. Explained everything well. Answered all questions - probably more than once. April came down after the job was complete to explain a question we had. She could have done it over the phone and left it at that, but she came down and walked us through it. Much appreciated. Cleanup process was excellent - never would have known they were there.

  JB, Nate, JJ, April, Briggs, Cam, and Justin all did a great job. They took my concerns and immediately responded with cost effective solutions. Even after the contract was signed. Was the most expensive bid. But was well worth the money. I would recommend this crew and company again.
