  I had another mitigation company come in and they rushed through the walk through, threw out a price with no info on what were going to do. Didn't seem too interested in details. They also couldn't handle the concrete work required for the mitigation system to work correctly. That's when I contacted Erikson, as they could do both the concrete and the radon system. Andrew took time to understand the situation and develop a plan, then took the time to go over the base requirements plus system options if desired.

  I typically go with a family owned business when having work done. I reviewed them on line, and when I called I was received well. All staff were patient and caring, never rushing me to answer all my questions. Honestly, I have never worked with a company that was as thorough at Erickson, right down to a follow up call from Kim to see if I had any further questions or issues. Thank you to all who I had contact with! Keep up the great work!
