An extraction point was made in the foundation floor. PVC pipe was then constructed from that extraction point to the exterior of the home. This system is designed to be air-tight, ensuring that radon is not present in the home.
An extraction point was made in the foundation floor to allow for PVC pipe to be fit into it and run to the exterior of the home.
WaterGuard is installed to collect water before entering the foundation. It is set in crushed stone and then cemented in place to ensure proper flow to the sump basin.
The photo depicts the designated area for the planned installation of the radon mitigation system.
The crew started work on the project by creating an extraction point in the basement floor. This depressurized the area, allowing radon to be extracted through PVC pipe.
An extraction point was made in the foundation floor of the home and PVC pipe was fit to it. This allows for radon to be guided from underneath the home's foundation and outside of the home.
An extraction point was drilled into the home's foundation, followed by the construction of PVC piping leading to this point. Subsequently, a manometer was installed adjacent to the extraction point to monitor any fluctuations in radon levels.
Our crew started work on the project by creating an extraction point in the foundation floor. PVC pipe was then fit to the extraction point and directed to the exterior of the home. This allows radon gas to be safely extracted from the soil underneath the basement, preventing it from seeping into the home.
