  I had an issue with my basement system of pump system. I noticed on the control panel that I only had 2 green light. For years it displayed 3 green lights. The one not displayed stated battery not charging. The service crew came disconnected all the pumps cleaned the basin, cleaned the basin flushed the system reinstalled everything. Excellent work done by both them. Unfortunately I still only have 2 green lights. They determined that the LED probably burnt out but was able to show me my battery was fully charged. I purchased a new pumps, control panel and batteries 2 1/2 years ago. Warranty is only good for a year.😭. If I wanted to replace the main pump that has the control panel attached to it the cost would have been about 1300.00 dollars. I can live with 2 lights on the control panel until it's time to replace all 3 pumps again. The service crew was amazing!!
