  Wished I had been better prepared for what crew needed to do. I hadn't understood that outside of wall needed to be clear of snow (and a path to area). I did some last minute snow clearing for crew.

  I typically go with a family owned business when having work done. I reviewed them on line, and when I called I was received well. All staff were patient and caring, never rushing me to answer all my questions. Honestly, I have never worked with a company that was as thorough at Erickson, right down to a follow up call from Kim to see if I had any further questions or issues. Thank you to all who I had contact with! Keep up the great work!

  Jason did a great job taking the time to understand the need and explain the options. No pressure. We made decision to go with Erickson after receiving 2 other estimates. Couldn’t be happier with our choice and highly recommend. Mike and team did a great job installation - took the time to get it done right and cleaned up after. Great job!
