The previously installed sump pump in the home was inadequate for managing the high water table surrounding the property. To maintain a dry basement, a more robust and efficient sump pump system was essential.
This area was designated for heavy truck parking. The substantial weight of these vehicles, combined with the instability of the retaining wall, raised concerns about accelerated deterioration and the potential for a structural collapse.
