What made you choose our company:

I signed a contract with Erickson Foundation Solution in Jan 2025 to insulate and waterproof under my mobile home. The work was scheduled for late Spring after the vinyl siding on my house was to be replaced. I gave Erickson a required deposit for a 1/3 of the quoted contract price. During the removal of the vinyl siding and skirt panel on my mobile home we discovered the foundation was unstable and sinking, and that required an entirely different job. I contacted Erickson to notify them; they sent a representative to reevaluate the job. When Erickson came to look at the job in Jan, they were not able to properly evaluate the foundation of my mobile home due to the weather condition. After consulting with my contractor Erickson agreed to let me out of our contract and returned my deposit in full.... The Erickson representative said, “We are a family owned and operated business, we are not in business to take people’s money.” I highly recommend Erickson Foundation Solution; they are a reputable company to do business with.
