Very pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. The initial consultation from Kate was very informative and focused to my specific needs, and the work done by Nick, Kevin and Noah was similarly timely and professional.

In particular, when a few unexpected issues (not due to the crew, just the nature of the basement) came up during the work, the crew was very helpful in informing of my options and resolving things quickly and working to meet my needs.
