I was initially quoted a price but when the service person came, I was charged more than what was quoted. However, when I contacted the company, they verified the quote and gave me the choice of a refund of the excess or a credit to next years inspection. I chose the credit to next years inspection. I appreciated the acknowledgement and offer.
