Doug and John were the absolute best, John took me thru the planning phase, explaining everything and talked through all the various options, and today Doug and his crew made it all happened. VERY professional, courteous and attention to details. Throughout the installation. Doug took the time to show each step they were doing, what the next steps would be and asked if I had any questions. Upon completion, we had a complete walk thru of the entire installation both inside and outside the house. (They left the basement cleaner then when they started)

After Doug and his crew left, John stopped by to walk thru everything with me again, and made sure I was entirely satisfied and I explained that I could not be more pleased with everything.
