There was a misunderstanding about the electrical outlets to be installed with the result that I lack a nearby outlet for the Sani Dri and have to use an extension cord. I would suggest two things: 1 - make the schematics showing the work plan much larger - really, they were very hard for this aging set of eyes to read; and, 2 - because there were 8 months between the time of the sales rep's visit and the actual installation it would have been good if we had gone over the plans again.
