Sales Process
The only critique of the proposal was that there was a follow up on the day of installation, presenting the option of window wells and covers being added for an additional cost. I was not prepared to make a decision that day, but if it has been included in the initial proposal, I may have opted to have it done.
Our Installation Crew
Very professional, and respectful of our property, protecting flooring when they were entering an leaving, using a tarp to walk across. The work was excellent, and the 4 new windows look great!
The Cleanup Process
Excellent. No debris left behind.
