Call Representative
the call staff is also outstanding. I called several times with questions, and every one of the reps were patient, took the time to answer everything and were very kind and professional. Thanks to all of you for all your help with my project. It is so appreciated.
Sales Process
Brett came by for original estimate and also stopped by during project to talk to me, checked how things were going. Brett is also an outstanding and professional individual. I cannot say enough good things about him either and the entire company. thank you Brett! He also explained everything to me and answered a lot of my questions.
Our Installation Crew
Sam and Mike are excellent workers. I tend to be nervous when I have to get work done at my home, but they both calmed me and their work exceptional. The work was excellent, they were very professional and kind, answered all of my many questions, were patient, always called when on way, were on time and worked very hard when they were here, some days entire days. thank you guys for everything. I am very happy with the result.
The Cleanup Process
Again, Sam and Mike power washed everything to get rid of a lot of concrete dust and left the outside of home where they were working and the inside of my garage where they work working clean and just like they found it before they started. thanks so much guys!
