from the first call for an inspection, to the sale team led by Nick to getting the finance I wanted thru Shannon to fund the project to Zach and his install teams, all were professional, personable and knowledgeable

initial call for an inspection, to scheduling to financing were all professional, friendly and very competent
Sales Process
As the first face to face with a rep from Adirondack Basement, Nick gave me an in-depth review of my foundation and basement issues. He provided me with choices I had to resolve and even had videos that described the drainage system he recommended
Our Installation Crew
Zack led 2 teams that were here for 2 days installing the drainage system and associated sump pump. He kept me appraised of their work and when they were be back on day 2 to finish the job. They were on time and completed installation as he told me they would. The clean up was outstanding and left the basement in better condition that how they found it on day 1

actually was first and only foundation and basement company I found on the internet. after first call to Adirondack Basement and the service I recieved, there was no need to call any other company.
