Call Representative
Answers to questions were vague; deferred to sales rep. However, received materials promptly by mail. Materials were good, informative.
Sales Process
Our rep, Chris was excellent! He sold himself first, then the product. He took his time with us and was confident the foam lift would fix our garage floor.
Our Installation Crew
Sam and Mike were great. Mike greeted me with a smile, was friendly and social the whole time. Sam took the time to explain every step of the process, allowed me to observe and was open to share his knowledge. Both took ownership of the project and worked hard to get the slab as level as possible.
The Cleanup Process
Excellent; cleaned, vacuumed no trace of product on exterior.
