We had to wait for a supervisor to come and assess the situation. Javi showed up and resolved the problem and the aforementioned crew went to work. Extremely satisfied with the results. -

Field supervisor Javi Pagan showed up, analyzed the complicated situation, and replaced the sump pump with a Pro Series Sump Pump with a Deluxe Float Controller. Problem fixed! -
