Aaron is an experienced customer service professional with over 10 years of experience in various industries. Prior to Frank's, Aaron was in the financial industry, where he worked in Collections for a bank.

Aaron's passion lies in helping and talking with people, which is why he naturally gravitates towards roles where he gets to work with customers on a day-to-day basis. He finds enjoyment in making a positive impact on everyone he interacts with, both at work and in his personal life.

This is Aaron's first role working in the home improvement industry, but he is no novice to the basement waterproofing scene. Throughout his time at Frank's, Aaron has traveled on several job site visits to get first-hand experience with the products Frank's uses as well as the work Frank's' crews do, giving him the expertise needed to properly handle any customer inquiry that comes his way.

Aaron has a plethora of hobbies and interests that he engages with in his free time, but above all he enjoys spending quality time with his wife. You can find him rooting for the Buffalo Bills, engaging in any outdoor activity (specifically camping and fishing), and viewing anything to do with cars. From classic cars, to muscle cars, to sports cars or trucks - you name it, he likes it!
