With 7 years in the retail industry and 9 years in the Healthcare industry, Douglas is all-too-familiar with making customers happy and helping them with compassion. He loves making a positive impact on everyone he meets, both in and outside of the office, and is the newest member of the Frank's Basements family!

In April of 2024, Frank’s Basement Systems saw what an asset Douglas would be to the company and brought him on board. In his free time, Douglas loves hanging out with his "fur babies" Rex and Axel, watching wrestling, playing video games, and spending quality time with his husband, Tyler.
