Sales Process
Michael Thorpe was excellent! He checked out our situation and made very appropriate suggestions for how to fix our problem. Got back with me quickly to answer my questions. He stuck with us through our project. Friendly! Very knowledgeable about the products that were installed!
Our Installation Crew
Jake, Joe, Richar, and Javi all did an amazing job for us! Hard workers and enthusiastic! Javi as the leader was really experienced and had a good heart to help his crew be able to learn his skills and to be encouraged as they worked together. Drove about 2 hours to get to our place to do our job and then stayed extra long to get the job finished on the 2nd day. Did skilled concrete work! Extended good effort to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Explained how the equipment worked and how to take care of it. Their job looks amazing! Thank you guys!
The Cleanup Process
They swept up and cleaned up after the job. Thank you! And to cap it all off - the day they finished the job was our 29th wedding anniversary (the guys didn't know)! The whole job was a nice anniversary present!

What made you choose our company:

I first heard about Frank's Basement Systems when I was putting in gas at Quicklee's. Good advertisement! Everything basementy! We live on a hillside and drive up into our basement. We had water come into our garage in June with all the extra rain. Our foundation drainage of our house must be silted in. It seemed like Frank's Basement Systems would be up to the challenge of our situation. Talking with Michael Thorpe from Frank's gave us a reasonable solution to solve our water problem. I had good expectations and Frank's delivered!
