Lindsay has a background in customer service. She is a certified Design Specialist through the SupportWorks International Training Program. Lindsay's day-to-day position includes communicating with customers as well as finding permanent solutions. Lindsay’s favorite part of her work is helping homeowners, “I own a home and I know how important it is to my family, my drive is to help every homeowner to not worry about their home but make memories in it.”

Lindsay lives in Syracuse, NY with her husband Mike and two children, Carlyn and Alice. She enjoys spending time with family and anything lacrosse. While playing lacrosse in college for Cortland, Lindsay was named SUNYAC Player of the Year twice and is third in scoring with 441 points.
