Your contract writer was inexperienced and made serious mistakes in estimating and writing the contract. Next the foreman who arrived was young and ethically challenged. Eventually he quit mid destruction of our basement. Ultimately I asked for a senior manager to visit us and when he saw the work that had been done he immediately said, “This is not up to our standards”. Shortly thereafter a new team came out and ripped out ALL of what had been installed and re did everything perfectly. All organizations have bad apples, but when it comes to BUSINESS INTEGRITY I have to say these guys are the best. I fully expected to have to go to court and all of that nastiness. Nice testimonials are one thing, but this kind of review means more in the long run. No fanfare, just man to man honesty. Josh, Odillo and Haiden you guys rock! Ronnie you have my respect and thanks.
