I made an appointment with your company for water in the basement. My salesman Nick D’Antonio called to ask if it were ok to arrive early which I appreciated. He assessed the constant stream of water and discovered a HVAC condensate pump was inoperative and overflowing. The pump was in area not easily seen. He took the time to understand the source which was very professional. After assessing our type of foundation he left me with a proposal should the now rectified pump dysfunction did not cure my issue. He drive 2 hours each way and must have spent an hour+ at the house looking at the source, cleaning and testing the pump, resetting a GFI the pump was wired to that I did know was there. He could have easily recommended a repair before knowing the potential source of the water but instead took the time to identify all possible reasons for my problem. Woodford claims their company operates with high integrity. Nick is a shining example of what integrity is all about. He would not let me compensate him for his time and could not have been more professional and truly committed to doing what was right for us. Although the pump repair solved my issue, if we do have a need for their services, they will be the only company I’ll call. Very well done, thank you Nick!
