Sothanie joins The Basement Transformer team, bringing her 13 years of knowledge and experience in the customer service industry with her. She started out as a customer representative and was later promoted to supervisor. She eventually went on to work for a company specializing in property damage, so she understands firsthand how important it is to have a healthy and safe home due to her experience and IICRC.

With her professional experience, The Basement Transformer saw what an asset Sothanie would be to the company and brought her on board. Sothanie brings a focused, calm, and intelligent approach to each homeowner and team member that she helps. She is a trusted member of The Basement Transformer’s production team and upholds the high standards of the company. 

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, collecting antiques, and volunteering.
