Project Location: New Rochelle, NY 10804

Comment: We need to have a proper foundation put in at one end of our 3 story 105 year old house. That end of the house was originally an outdoor porch, but it was enclosed maybe 50 years ago and incorporated into the house. Second and third floor bedrooms are above it. This extension is outside the original basement foundation walls of the house, and unfortunately it was built without a proper foundation – it’s basically just cement blocks resting on dirt. The house is settling at that end and it’s got to the point where we need to put in a foundation.
