Our Overall Service
Casey, the inspector, made a great first impression. We planned to get 2 or 3 estimates. After Casey made his spiel, we gave him a check for the deposit. We didn't get any other estimates.

I don't remember his name, but he was very professional.
Sales Process
Excellent presentation! I expected them to try to encapsulate the entire basement. Casey was very honest and only offered what we needed.
Our Installation Crew
Ivan, Manuel, & Leo were very professional and put plastic up to keep the dust to a minimum.
The Cleanup Process
Ivan, Leo, & Manuel cleaned up after themselves. We couldn't even tell that they had worked in the basement.

Casey, the inspector, is who made our decision easy to choose Carolina Basement Systems. We planned to get 2or 3 estimates. Casey was SO thorough and honest, we just went with them. Ivan, Leo, & Manuel were meticulous in cleaning up behind themselves.
