This sump pump will do a great job at discharging water, alerting the homeowner if anything is wrong, keeping moisture in the sump pit, and staying quiet!
When the inhabitants of this home go to their basement to do laundry, their experience will be a lot more comfortable.
The water intrusions have peeled away the paint on the walls.
We had to cut a foot of the drywall out up from the basement floor to install our drainage system. The homeowner was well aware of this, and knew that it was worth it to ensure their basement stays dry forever.
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains sit just below the floor slab to stay clear of mud. In fact, they come with a little wall flange that barely peeks out from the floor. This allows our drains to capture moisture that may seep down from the walls.
This window had English Ivy growing through it. We would end up replacing a lot of these thin windows with our glass block windows.
The fresh concrete you see was placed over the subfloor drains, making them concealed from the eye.
The floor in this picture had pools of water. Pools of water can lead to excess moisture, mold, and stains.
