This is the side of the basement that was leaking every time it rained.
The fresh concrete you see will eventually dry out. Our drains are completely concealed from the eye.
SmartJacks are perfect for addressing sagging floors, sinking girders, and settling piers that can result in unlevel floors.
Our patented PowerBraces were installed to stabilize the walls. They are coated in zinc to prevent rusting, unlike other beam systems.
The light pecan color matches their stairs and other finished parts of the basement very well.
These floors and walls will help water drain to the sump pump. All of our products were designed to work together.
Concrete is porous, meaning it allows moisture to pass through it. For basements with high water tables, it is wise to install some type of moisture barrier system before finishing with drywall.
