This corner of the garage was where the foundation was sinking. You can see the refrigerator the homeowner put over the door frame inside of the garage through the window to alert guests that the door was inaccessible.
This is what it looked like after we lifted & stabilized this home in Morning View. We covered the piers back up, leaving them hidden under the house.
This wall is cracking and the gaps between bricks is increasing - one of the first signs of structural instability.
The left side of this porch was sinking and seperating from the right side. You can tell because in this crack, the left side of the crack sits lower than the right.
We have to dig outside your home to install the well.
The part of the deck that was most problematic was the sunroom addition. The sunroom is up on the deck and is enclosed with vinyl siding. It's likely that the support posts underneath the sunroom weren't capable of holding all the weight due to problematic soil underneath their concrete foundations.
The WaterGuard has been sealed into the floor and will be ready to capture any pooling water in the space.
Because this slab was so thick, we had to use helical piers to guarantee stabilization of the porch. For thinner slabs, we may be able to use our PolyLevel foam to jack the slab back up. Our helical piers are also used to stabilize entire home foundations, chimney bases, garages, decks, etc...
