This is what it looked like after we lifted & stabilized this home in Morning View. We covered the piers back up, leaving them hidden under the house.
This wall is cracking and the gaps between bricks is increasing - one of the first signs of structural instability.
The left side of this porch was sinking and seperating from the right side. You can tell because in this crack, the left side of the crack sits lower than the right.
We have to dig outside your home to install the well.
The WaterGuard has been sealed into the floor and will be ready to capture any pooling water in the space.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier will provide extra protection against moisture seeping in from the concrete walls. This vapor barrier tucks into our subfloor drainage system through the use of our WaterGuard's wall flanges. This way, any wall leaks will be captured into the drainage system, and head on over to the sump pump.
Before any piers can be installed, the area around the perimeter of the foundation is excavated.
RockWell wells use true texture to beautifully mimic stone, so the light source in your basement looks more like a beautiful landscape and less like an eyesore.
