David has been with our company since 2010 and is one of our longest-tenured foremen. He’s truly the best of the best, taking pride in being the first crew out of the shop in the morning and always finishing his jobs on time. David enjoys his work because of the people he gets to collaborate with every day.

His wife, Alli, now works in the office, and when David isn’t on the job, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Cracking along the indoor walls, outdoor walls, or foundation indicate foundation settlement.
This photo was taken by our inspector upon initial inspection. We commonly see vertical hairline cracks like this in poured foundations.
At the bottom of the wall, you can see where the WaterGuard drainage was installed. A layer of cement covers them, leaving a small wall flange exposed. The WaterGuard Port can also be used to drain dehumidifiers or condensation lines.
These new panels are trimmed by our best framers. They come with trimming at the top and bottoms, and can be fitted around corners and electrical outlets.
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains were installed around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture invading water. Weeping holes were drilled around the bottom of the foundation to invite water in. Our drains are installed on top of the footing to keep them out of the mud zone. WaterGuard also has openings in its wall flanges to help capture wall leaks the BrightWall drains down its backside.
This wall on the backside of the basement was moving inward.
This sump pump will collect all the water from the drainage system lying around the perimeter of the crawl space. The automatic dehumidifier, (to the left) ties right into the sump pump, so that all the water it collects will dump right into the automatic sump pump.
This is our dimpled drainage matting we nailed to the floor. This will help make the vapor barrier we installed over it more comfortable to crawl across. It also helps create channels for moisture to travel through beneath the vapor barrier.
