Cracking along the indoor walls, outdoor walls, or foundation indicate foundation settlement.
At the bottom of the wall, you can see where the WaterGuard drainage was installed. A layer of cement covers them, leaving a small wall flange exposed. The WaterGuard Port can also be used to drain dehumidifiers or condensation lines.
These new panels are trimmed by our best framers. They come with trimming at the top and bottoms, and can be fitted around corners and electrical outlets.
This sump pump will collect all the water from the drainage system lying around the perimeter of the crawl space. The automatic dehumidifier, (to the left) ties right into the sump pump, so that all the water it collects will dump right into the automatic sump pump.
When wood soaks up moisture in a crawl space, it becomes weak and bendy.
Here you can see the SilverGlo insulation panels have been installed on the walls of the crawl space and the foam insulation was sprayed over the rim joists.
