If your crawl space tends to pool with water, it's essential to install a quality sump pump system. Our SmartSump sump pump system is more than capable of discharging all the groundwater. Also seen is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It is a high-performance, energy-efficient dehumidifier that operates automatically.
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains are concealed under the floor and come with a wall flange to collect water. We need to be able to tuck the WaterGuard up against the foundation wall, so we tore out the wall 18 inches up from the floor. Of course, this part of the wall was damaged from water anyway, so the homeowner didn't mind it.
PowerBraces are our patented I-beams and are designed to provide stability to basement walls. They come with a 25 year warranty, are designed to prevent floor joist damage, (unlike other products offered by competitors) and can possibly straighten your bowed walls back.
The SaniDry Sedona is the world's most powerful dehumidifier for its size and will keep the crawl space below 55% relative humidity.
The SuperSump is one of the most reliable pumping systems available. Its airtight lid makes it possible to stack items on top so you don't lose storage space.
The CleanSpace wall system will channel any water leaking through the wall down to the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard will then capture the water and drain it to the sump.
The silver panels you see along the walls are called SilverGlo insulation panels. They are made of graphite, which won't grow mold.
This sump is clean, neat, and came with a battery backup system. It has all the bells and whistles for convenience sake like an alarm, a lid flush with the floor, and an air-tight lid.
