We had to cut a foot of the drywall out up from the basement floor to install our drainage system. The homeowner was well aware of this, and knew that it was worth it to ensure their basement stays dry forever.
The floor in this picture had pools of water. Pools of water can lead to excess moisture, mold, and stains.
This Oasis dehumidification system was rusted, inefficient, and not automatic, unlike the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier we installed later.
This space was used to store items, but there was always the possibility of a leak to occur when it rained heavily.
The reason why our CleanSpace looks so shiny in all of our pictures? We take our shoes off when installing!
Water stains and possibly even mold were ruining their drywall before we installed our systems.
The BrightWall panels will keep wall moisture out, and will filter water down to the subfloor drains.
This photo shows the same wall as the last picture, but this picture was taken after the wall was fitted with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.
