When evaluating our Crawl Space, your Salesman, Donny, provided a thorough virtual "walk-thru" of the space complete with photos, and a complete discussion of the process involved in cleaning up the space, with several different available levels of clean-out. I had 2 other bids from competitors, one of which didn't even go into the crawl space. The professionalism of the Basement Doctor was second to none, and established a level of trust I did not get from the other bidding companies.
