Phil came to our house and explained what products would work in a kind and friendly no pressure presentation and my husband was sold! Manuel installed our new sump pump with backup quickly and did an excellent job! He is very knowledgeable about his product and gave us tips for future improvement. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Bill R. took my phone inquiry and scheduled an inspection. Jiovanni arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, and presented a solution with and estimate. Everything discussed was clear and the estimate was fair. A repair appointment was set up and one week later Manuel & Milton arrived to execute the plan. They again arrived promptly, they were curteous and well organized. They explained exactly what the details of the plan were to be and then proceeded with the installation. These were two very nice people. The work went as planned and they left my house as clean as when they entered, no mess what so ever. This is a 5-STAR operation from top to bottom.
