I was disappointed that the second repair (replace broken tile outside) could not be completed as the call to the company that marks utility lines had not been compelted prior to my scheduled appointment. However, a second appointment was able to be scheduled that day for the following week.

Initially, I contacted your company after receiving a little ad in the monthly Valpak. I had seen the ad several months in a row. Also, once I started thinking about contacting your company, I saw/heard commercials during the morning before work and thought I should give it a try. Then after the estimates, your price and suggested services were competitive with the other estimates we received.
