Heather Miller

With a unique background that bridges healthcare and customer service, Heather Miller brings empathy, precision, and leadership to her role at Foamworks. After serving as a Registered Nurse at Toledo Hospital and as a Customer Care Representative at LRE Ground Services, Heather joined Foamworks full-time a year and a half ago—stepping in as Chief Get Stuff Done Officer that’s been essential to the company’s continued growth.

Armed with a BSN, RN, and certifications in CPR and NRP, Heather oversees critical areas like customer care, payroll, accounts receivable, and marketing support. Her day-to-day includes everything from closing out jobs to training the customer care team—all while playing a key part in shaping the company’s vision.

Heather’s favorite part of Foamworks? The passion and pride her team brings to their work, each other, and the homeowners they serve. She thrives on building strong teams and celebrating wins, big and small.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, playing pickleball, reading, and making memories with her family and friends.
