Thomas is one of our expert waterproofers. Thomas has a vast knowledge of construction skills. He has over 14 years of experience as a truck driver and excavator operator. Additionally, he was trained as a waterproofing installation specialist by our partner dealer, Connecticut Basement Systems, and has completed our extensive training to know All Things Basement-y! Thomas is a great asset to the team and is known for the best job site cleanup and his smile!

His day-to-day includes installing our state-of-the-art waterproofing products in basements and crawl spaces. He enjoys playing football in his free time!

Dirt crawl spaces are naturally very wet spaces because the earth's surface is always anywhere from 60%-70% humid. This leaves the whole home susceptible to moisture issues.
As you can see, iron ochre almost completely clogged this sump pump discharge line.
This traditional sump pump only had one pump and it was struggling to keep up with the high water table.
The crew accessed this wet crawl space through the garage.
Iron ochre is a natural occurring rust-colored, gelatin-like, substance formed by iron bacteria. This basement had the unfortunate combination of iron ochre mud and water leakage in the basement.
This basement had no way of preventing water from getting in. Signs of damage included standing water, water stains and mold.
This basement was always getting water intrusion, thus causing mold and staining along the floors and walls.
Installers prep for WaterGuard by jackhammering along the perimeter of the basement.
