Overall, my husband and I are very satisfied with the work done by Cleveland Basement Systems. The work they did for us included digging a trench and laying almost 200 feet of pipe along the side of our house and garage and connecting our outside drains to divert water. We wanted to wait until after a heavy rain to leave a review to make sure the basement and garage were dry. My husband was so excited he checked multiple times throughout the night. We’ve since had more rain and everything is still dry. They had a very friendly team of workers and they definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with their work. They addressed all our concerns and were flexible when we requested to add an extra drain. We will definitely use them for any future needs and would recommend them to others.
